Yeah, it isn't clear what Jim Ryan means with that statement. I'd be shocked if Microsoft made COD a true platform exclusive as it wouldn't make any sense to lose that huge revenue stream from PlayStation gamers. Make it cross-platform, stick it on Game Pass, and take the exclusive DLC agreements away from Sony. That's more than enough.
