Fitbit deals: Charge 5, Versa 3 and Sense prices
The Fitbit deals for May 2022 will put a 'Spring' in your step
Fitbit deals have become the most sought-after tech discount simply because the activity tracker is a good idea for your health and overpaying for it is a bad idea for your wallet. I’ve done Fitbt reviews since the first model and most of the new Fitbit models – the Fitbit Charge 5, Versa 3 and Inspire 2 – are on sale today. Amazon and Best Buy seem to hold the biggest discounts among stores in the US.
If you’re not interested in one of the Apple Watch deals or have an Android phone, then these Fitbit discounts may be your best bet at getting a few dollars off of MSRP. Keep in mind that it works with iOS and Android devices, but for Android users, Fitbit is now owned by Google and the Google Pixel Watch release date is this fall, and that smartwatch will come with Fitbit functionality.
Fitbit deals right now are a relief for the way-too-pricey versions at launch. I always suggest waiting a few months (or even weeks) – oftentimes the rollback prices start to kick in right before Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

Fitbit Charge 5 deals
MSRP: $149.95
Cheapest Fitbit Charge 5 deal: $139.49
Total savings: $10 off
This Fitbit Charge 5 deal is ready to tabulate your ‘Daily Readiness Score’ because it’s $10 and comes with the Fitbit Premium membership (free for six months). Thanks to the onboard health sensors, you’ll be able to track your SpO2, skin temperature, stress management, and heart rate variability through the app dashboard and as well as the long color screen.
The Fitbit Charge 5 battery life lasts up to 7 days and the water-resistance promises to work up to a depth of 50m, so you may opt for this over an Apple Watch.
Fitbit Versa 3 deals
MSRP: $229.95
Cheapest Fitbit Versa 3 deal: $168.49
Total savings: $61.46
There are big savings to be had with the Versa 3, the Fitbit rival to the Apple Watch with six-day battery life and Alexa and Google Assistant built-in. It tracks your heart rate 24/7, has a SpO2 sensor, and 50m water resistance, and it includes both small and large bands.
It’s not as advanced as the newer (and slightly pricier) Fitbit Sense (which has the same design), but there are deals attached to it that make it equally attractive.
Fitbit Sense deals
MSRP: $299.95
Cheapest Fitbit Sense deal: $219.85
Total savings: $80.10
The Fitbit Sense started out being much more expensive than the Fitbit Versa 3 when it had the same screen and design, but now it’s down to a much cheaper price to beat the Versa 3 launch price (though as you can see the Versa 3 is also now discounted to stay competitive).
What you get from this Fitbit Sense deal are three more trackers: Stress tracking thanks to an EDA sensor, ECG and skin temperature tracking and high and low heart rate alerts. Apple Watch 8 rumors indicate that Apple is only catching up to some of these features in the coming months.
Fitbit Inspire 2
MSRP: $99.95
Cheapest Fitbit Inspire 2 deal: $77.76
Total savings: $22.19
You can save more than $20 on the Fitbit Inspire 2 that launched in 2020. And even though it doesn’t have all of the features that come with the Versa, Sense and even Charge, it does have the core functionality: tracking activity and sleep with up to 10 days of battery life. That’s if you don’t need to store music on the watch (you likely have your phone with you) or need Alex, Google Assistant and GPS at the ready at all times (again your phone can do all of that).
